SecureLink are specialists in designing, delivering, managing, and supporting leading cyber security solutions.We have previously supported SecureLink with branded merchandise for events and marketing campaigns, making us their first choice when planning their 2019 Security Bootcamp.

Brief

SecureLink initially approached us for the creation of Goody Bags with practical giveaways. During our meeting, they requested full event management support, including:

  • Designing and organising the shell scheme and graphics for the exhibition
  • Creating a memorable, “next-level” experience that would engage delegates throughout the day, creating surprise branding throughout the day
  • Managing all vendors so they simply needed to turn up on the day
  • Delivering consistent, creative branding aligned with SecureLink’s values
  • Providing AV solutions for two simultaneous presentation theatres
  • Producing bespoke branded items and ensuring all artwork was correct and delivered on time

After presenting multiple shell scheme concepts, SecureLink selected a freestanding Octanorm structure with rear and side walling, printed foamex panels and a 500mm deep fascia. A site survey confirmed that the floor plan could accommodate their 8 Platinum and 7 Gold sponsor stands.

Key requirements included:

  • Two wireless PA systems for distraction-free presentations
  • Liaison with 15 vendors for artwork and deadlines
  • Full event branding—from champagne glass covers to wine bottle labels and a branded sweet cart
  • Branded team wear including embroidered polos and corporate-coloured custom laces
  • Wedding-style timed unveilings and premium giveaway bags

Result

We delivered a fully managed and flawlessly branded event that exceeded SecureLink’s expectations. Highlights included:

  • Seamless installation of all shell schemes, graphics and presentation areas
  • Fully coordinated AV setup enabling dual theatre presentations
  • End-to-end vendor management, ensuring all artwork and branding was executed perfectly and on time
